Description:
Tapered handle with bright-cut ornamentation. The handle is rounded and down-turned with a small rat tail on the back side. The bowl is oval with a tapered end with a small flat lip. On back of handle from top to bottom: a capital "WB" in a box with a scalloped edge; a lion facing right in an octagonal box with a pinched lower edge. [these first two marks are perpendicular to the handle; a lower case "e" in a shield shaped box; a man's head in profile in an oval [these last two marks are parallel to the handle]
