Description:
Upturned, rounded handle with a small rat-tail on the back; handle is flat and front is engraved with two flowers, leaves and a stem of lillies of the valley; four of these lillies are small and hang above the inscription "WINNIE" at the top edge of the handle; two larger lillies hang from the same stem at the left edge of the handle; the ornamental engravimg covers the top three-fourths of the handle; the handle tapers to an oval, pointed bowl; there is a very small flat lip at the pointed edge of the bowl.
